KISUYA JAPANESE RESTAURANT, a sister restaurant of RAKU IZAKAYA in Orange, established in 2023 is Bathurst’s first and only modernised Japanese Restaurant. A great place to dine and drink combining an intriguing and cosy atmosphere with dishes based on Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients and sauces with a modernised flare, utilising local Australian ingredients.
