Bathurst Regional Council invites the community to acknowledge the anniversary of its first Proclamation by Governor Lachlan Macquarie in 1815, on Sunday 7 May. The Official Proclamation Ceremony will take place at 10am at the Flag Staff (Bicentennial Park) followed by the announcement of the 2023 Living Legends.
