Yoga For Teens With Miao Li

Join Yoga teacher and mum, Miao Li, in a special Yoga session for teens. Learn ways to calm and stretch the body for an overall feeling of Zen. BYO mat or towel, but not essential. Yoga is best before eating so save your lunch for afterwards. For ages 12-18 years.
