The Rockley Pub’s ‘Local Producers Dinner’ series continues with the last event for 2024. All winter, the team at Reckless Brewing Co. have been swapping their barley with Matt Moran to feed his pigs in return for pork cuts. Now, the teams are coming together for the next Local Producers’ Dinner, matching Reckless’ beers with dishes. The dinner will be held in the pub’s beer garden (weather permitting), with each course paired with a different beer.
Menu highlights: beer damper & whipped honey butter, beer brined roasted pork loin with apple sauce, grilled stone fruit with sorrel and prosciutto and a wattleseed tiramisu for dessert.
Tickets are $129pp and include a welcome drink and snack followed by a 4-course shared-style menu paired with local beer.
