Tarana Community Farmers’ Market
September 28 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
The Tarana Community Farmers Market is held on the 4th Sunday of every month from 9am – 1pm on the grounds of the Rural Fire Service shed at Tarana, a tiny village situated mid way between Bathurst, Lithgow and Oberon in the central west of NSW.
They are a community and fresh food market – and the primary purpose is to provide the opportunity for purchase of products direct from local farms and kitchens, where the produce is grown, livestock raised and artisan products are made. Customers can meet the farmers, learn about how their food is produced, and the stall holders have a local outlet for sale of their products – all in the centre of the beautiful Tarana valley.
