Let’s Get Digital Workshop: Projections
February 17 @ 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
This hands-on workshop will help you understand your projector and push the limits of how you can use it.
We are living in a time when digital forms of communication are becoming increasingly important for cultural organisations and artists. Projections can be an exciting way for artists and organisations to reach new audiences and/or engage and inspire existing ones. Outdoor theatres, projection mapping on unique surfaces, projection of live events, and digital installations are all ways that audiences can engage with culture while maintaining social distancing and provide artists with new possibilities for presenting artwork.
Join in this hands-on workshop organised by Museum & Galleries NSW as part of Let’s Get Digital to will help you understand your projector and push the limits of how you can use it, including creating and testing your own outdoor projection.
