irlen Diagnostic Clinic helps diagnose children and adults with distinct type of visual dyslexia known as irlen Syndrome. Research shows this disorder affects up to 50% of people with reading difficulties.
This info session will include information on what constitutes a reading disorder, common symptoms, assistance available for individuals, parents or carers and resources available at the Library.
Bathurst Library will also be officially launching our new Learning Support Collection featuring books for all ages printed in a Dyslexia friendly style.
